Starting 12 weeks before your wedding, I provide expert guidance through personalized to-do lists, vendor communication, and final event logistics to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. I review all your contracts, confirm vendors, assist with seating arrangements, and offer full coordination on your wedding day, allowing you to focus on cherishing the intimate moments with your loved ones.

How to Work with CactusBloom

First Things First

If you already have a wedding date set, the first thing we will do is make sure I

am available! Once that’s confirmed we’ll arrange a date to meet. I usually do

that first meeting over a zoom call, unless requested otherwise. I’ll start the

consultation by introducing myself and getting to know you both - then we’ll

move on to what’s important to YOU!

The Details

Later in the call, we’ll talk about your wedding, there are three key things we need to know at this early stage: Roughly how many guests will be attending, Venue ideas if you haven’t booked one, and Your budget. Number 3 on that list is really important. Nobody likes to talk about money but you really do need to when it comes to your wedding. Once we finish talking weddings, I’ll tell you a little more about CactusBloom and you can ask me anything you like. We’ll then talk through our services and what happens next!

Moving Forward

Typically, within a couple of hours I will put together a customized proposal for you. This will include details of what we discuss in the consultation and a quote for my services. Once you've made the choice - it's celebration time!! You sign the contract, pay the initial deposit and wedding planning begins!
